Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place. I checked Cosy Corner Wynbergâs website beforehand and ordered two Gatsbys based on the prices listed online. When we arrived, the prices were suddenly much higher. The staff checked the website themselves and confirmed that the online prices were different from the in-store prices. Despite this, the manager came out with a stinking attitude, offered no apology whatsoever, and bluntly said that only the in-store prices count â basically admitting their website is misleading and they donât care. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The entire experience was unpleasant and poorly handled. Misleading pricing and rude management. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Should have gone to Aneesas

Very disappointing experience!!!!
I called in to order as I went on the website to figure out what i wanted to eat, but when I got there there price difference was by R100, I queried a price discrepancy between the website and in-store pricing and was met with a very unpleasant, unfriendly attitude from the manager, NATASHA. I was bluntly told that the prices on the website âdo not matterâ and that only in-store prices count. This is misleading and shows a complete lack of customer focus. There was no effort to assist, explain, or resolve the issueâjust dismissiveness and poor service. Customer service clearly is not a priority here. I will not be supporting this business again. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I would suggest going to aneesas as the price on the website and in-store are 100% accurate and the same!
