Worst service ever (Royal Cradle)

During the application process there we follow ups from the agent and we received progress of the application, all that changed when they got the sale. During the application process we were advised that the house will be completed within 3 months after registration, since building doesn’t take long the only procedure that took long was the bond registration and the municipality approval as per the agent. Far enough we waited for the registration process to be completed and as soon as that was done we were advised to go to Mogale City to open a municipality account which we did go to the municipality only to be told that wasn’t the case. We are now in January and the house is nowhere to be completed mind you the bond was registered in September to date we have not received any communication from cosmopolitan. We’ve been to the sight several times and there was no progress on our since until in November where they started to dig for the foundation. The month of November that was the only this that was done , only early December they did the foundation and that’s the only thing that has been done in the 3 months that we were advised we would have occupied the house. Mind you the houses around ours there’s been progress others are almost completed, we really not taken serious as buyers here. We had to change schools for our son now we’re stuck we not knowing where to from here.
