Worst service ever
Last year August my house was completed where I complained about the yard being the size of a bathroom, no one was able to help me on that, September when I wanted to move in I bought electricity, twice and the meter box would not accept it, I called Cosmopolitan projects and they told me its no longer their problem I have to go to Eskom myself, they were not willing to help at all and upto today I am still without electricity and I have been logging faults with Eskom and they are no help aswell because everytime I will get a differebt story, this was suppossed to have been fixed by Cosmo as its their fault. I regret ever buying a house through them 1st I was shown a plot which was not divided and promised its gonna be big yet the person who will stay next to me will have a bigger space than what I occupy, now its the electricity issue which they did not care to assist resolve.

Conclusion:
Subsequent to your intial post and our conversation.
You moved into your house last year September.
There had been no issues with the "unit loading" until February this year.
Upon our testing all the electrics were correct as installed.
Our advice was that you must approach Escom direct. We suspected a systems issue on there side.
This was indeed the problem. Escom has resolved. They had a systems issue, but have since reloaded your facility correct.
Per our discussion today, you are now able to purchase electric units again.
We confirm we close our file in this matter. Should there be a new concern please call us on ***000.
Kind regards
