WORST SERVICE

I recently moved in to Sky city and it hasnt been a pleasant stay. Firstly i got an email from cosmo offices to say my compliance pack is ready for collection. I must contact Jackson, i called Jackson and he said he doesnt have it, i called the office, spoke to Franscinah and she said she will Jackson and come back to me. She then called Jackson and he denied saying he doesnt have my compliance pack. Till today i havent received my pack, no one is saying anything, even worse Jacson is not taking my calls anymore. I must keep calling Cosmo for my compliance pack for the house that im paying as if Cosmos gave me the house for free. Secondly, i called again several times for my house number outside, 2 months later i still dont have a house number , again Cosmo is giving me a run-around. Im being sent from pillar to post. Thirdly i have been asking for a merely bin and again , Jackson is giving me a run-around . Cosmos service is pathetic, appalling, no one is willing to assist clients. I regret purchasing property with Cosmo, it has been hell everyday!!!!! I mean why refuse with my compliance pack whereas its mine?????
