waiting in vain
as the first time buyer i should be happy of owning a house,but with cosmopolitan projects i cant get that happiness,i have been waiting for months now since the house was finished been built and i was hoping that by this time i would have moved inn.i tried to many time to do follow ups but was told that the guy who has the keys will contact me but to no avail.i have even moved where i was renting and now i dont have a place to stay at. i am so dissapointed with how the process is handled.can somebody please help get my keys.

Problem:
Firstly, again I apologize that you have been so inconvenienced with the delay in delivery of your house.
Investigation:
As explained your house is complete but we have a strict quality control process.
The house cannot be released to us from our Project Management until the inspection is passed. The project manager responsible for your house confirms that the last items he was not happy with has been attended.
We expect your house keys from Project Management tomorrow.
Conclusion:
We, as the marketing division that works closely with clients, must do our own check before inviting you to do the key handover. I am hoping all is in order and to call you tomorrow afternoon.
