Very poor service and lack of integrity.
I bought an apartment and decided to rent it out through Our Home agency whom collects rent on my behalf via Cosmo. I haven't received my rental for 3 months and a lady by the name of Klara from Cosmo keeps telling me about their finance department. I have cc'd people above her on emails that I thought would prioritise my refund however they do not treat it with sense of urgency and they have said nothing. Cosmo has really inconvenienced and frustrated me in a way I can't even describe.

As discussed I have taken your complaint to our head manager for the Bronx.
It would seem there is prorata split of rental, prior and post registration, of the unit into your name.
This finance calculation is to be concluded by the finance divisions involved.
I have recieved undertaking that the process will be concluded tomorrow.
I will call you by 8:30 am to give you the expected time line as I understand the urgency.
