Very disappointed customer
I write this review with regards to the poor poor service we are receiving from cosmopolitan projects. I am very disgusted by their lack of service and communication from them. Their client services agent don't get back to us. Mr AM Jordaan.

Summary: It is disappointing that you have posted on Hallo Peter. The main applicant has been in contact with me every day. We spoke last on Friday. You post Monday. I am aware of your need to get into your house by this month end. We have your house on our priority list for hand over this Friday. We at marketing are, several times a day, in contact with our Project Management to ensure this.
Closure: Please know that our PM is giving special attention to these houses to try to deliver to all clients in your position by month end.
However, our company, after hearing our clients need for improved quality, will not release any house to clients, unless all our inspectors are satisfied with our product.
Please appreciate, a house is not coming from a controlled enviroment or off a factory line. It is a man made structure impacted by temperatures, ground movement, and assembled by human hands. We must place quality above speed. Please bear with us at this stage.
