Useless company that never cares about their clients

hi im Zodwa from 662 Savanna City, im really frustrated. ive been having a problem sins last year December when i 1st logged my query which they only started to respond to be only in January as i wasnt able to do my follow up as i was in hospital, when i came back to work i tried calling and they told me my query was handed over to Tshepang who never picked up my call when i did follow ups, they only sated to respond and attend to me when i came to hello peter when the respond they gave me was they cant help because ive accupied the house in June 2019 and its over 6 months,, i called and just reminded that that the contact and the paper behind my door said 1 year thats when they came and tried to fix it( i say tried coz im still having the same problem,) their solution only last 3 weeks then it starts again, the second time i have to fight and run around to get help,,,,, on the 23rd of March 2020( withen my one year contact ) i reported the same problem, I understood it was durring lockdown they couldnt respont on time,,, on the 17th of April 2020 i send the query again to their WhatsApp number and they respons i received was they will attend to the query as its an emergency and the lady by the name of Isalina said they will contact me the following day which they never did, i even send pictured to show them the kind of problem im having but still no respond, when i called in May when i came back to work they still gave me run around i last spoke to Phillip who said they will get back to me but never did, i had to go again tothe show houses and to day they telling me they cant help as it over a year and i need to pay for their service, i honeslty dont know who i need to talk to, to really get help. im really frustrated and need a solution because my neighbour cant take this any more,, i also cant. i dont know who can i scalate this to to really get attention and asisstance asap.
