Urgent Query Regarding Outstanding Rent Refund

I would like to raise a concern regarding my experience with Cosmo, as unfortunately, the situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.

My house was registered on the 21st, and I informed Cosmo on the same day. I also requested a refund for the rent that I had already paid. However, to date, I am still waiting for this refund to be processed.

I sent Francinah an email last Wednesday to follow up on the matter, but I have not received any feedback or confirmation regarding when my refund will be paid.

I find this situation very disappointing. I have never been late with my rent payments, and whenever payment is due, I receive constant calls and follow-ups. However, now that I am waiting for money that is owed back to me, I am struggling to get any response or assistance.
