Unprofessional Experience @ Cosmopolitan
Hi All,
When considering buying a house with Cosmopolitan Projects, please be prepared to go through HELL, unprofessional.
I have bought a house thinking I am going to have peace of mind with my Family but no, I was fooling myself, it is not even a month but yeses YAH!
I have been complaining ever since first week, toilet didn't flush and it took a week to resolve, following week, the drain was blocked they sent someone to come through and it has been back and forth and pointing fingers but nothing has been resolved, from last week to this week, no bathing and no using the toilet at the house, right now they have dug a whole and water is filling up on my wall foundation, I have spent a lot of money building the wall to soon see it collapse
What a bad experience to go through
I have seen the job card. I see that the blocked drain you experience goes as far back as under the road. Our land developement team is working with City of Johannesburg for the correct equipment to get the blockage cleared which is ungerground on the main line sewer piping, outside your property.
The toilet I see was resolved.
As for the wall, our contractors will leave your premises in the correct state once the problem is sorted,
I will geta timeline and give you a call direct.
