30 Sep 2020, 17:39 Unhappy with the level of service received If there was a zero rating I would definitely chose that! Iam so flabbergasted in a manner which they treat their clients, me and my husband app**** for 70m2 stand which we saw for R********** inclusive of everything later discovered that application to the bank was captured at ********** which we incurred extra 20k coz Talent our cosmopolitan urgent and his Originator Chandre decided on the other stand bare in mind that the Plans OTP And house we viewed and signed for is nothing compared to the one we where initially given and submitted to the bank, and by the time we went and view the new stand that we supposedly chosen for we did not like the fact that it was on the outline, now matter escaled to Brenda the supervisor she advised and promised she will assist us as we cannot pay for a bond over 20yrs we did not like, I really found comfort in her words that finally somebody is willing to assist but to my surprise she further came back and said new stands will be released but the prices won't be the same meaning that once again we have to incurre more costs due to somebody elses negligence, this shows no empathy whatsoever as we have arranged to meet with her but never bother to come back to again, had Talent showed us a stand before he captured the application and advised on the new ammendments we wouldn't be in this position, but he was doing as he pleases so he can get a sale and now we are left with this whole mess and no one to assist us, application is approved with the bank but we not happy with the stand of which he doesn't know when the new stands of the same square meters will be issued and allocated to us, everytime I ask him I just seem to get excuses rather than solutions . Iam so disappointed and frustrated as a first time home buyer I never thought dealing with Cosmopolitan will bring so much stress to my life. I really need help from the superiors as would not want to lose this opportunity to have my own home.
