Unhappy customer (leopards rest ext 31)
My bond was approved and registered last year 2017,was informed that the whole process takes 6months.But even today i don't even know when are they completing the house.
I was happy to hear that I will move in during Good Friday and planned my things according to that.I regret buying with cosmopolitan because what they tell you when your about to purchase is not a true reflection.
Another thing they don't even phone to give you updates and progress.Am really disappointed with the way they treat us.

As discussed. I have requested a date of completion from the project manager on Albertsdal.
I will give this information to you in the course of the day.
I have discussed with the sales manager the problem of no communication to you of the transaction progress. I will also take this up with our director. Our clients are to receive updates from sales on a monthly basis. We will review this timing and also strive to be proactive and not reactive in updating our clients.

Per feedback just received from our senior Project Manager, we expect your house to be ready by the end of this week.
All outstanding is the electrical connection to power the house. This was to be done over the weekend, but the council electricians did not arrive to do so. Unfortunately with the rain, the council electricians will not be able to do so today.
We hope the wet weather clears in the next day or two so that we can get powerand arrange your move-in.
