Unhappy customer

I am so unhappy with the service in Cosmopolitan Housing I bought a house from the sales department the sales guy didn't care about advising me about the house updates, I used to call him every time following up, even after I expressed my views to him he still didnt care it felt like it was just business transaction nje. it got worse in November I reported the lick on my ceiling in the dining room, which Cosmo send a guy to come look at and he said there is nothing wrong with my roof, which I couldn't proof at the time that indeed there was a lick. however now I am sitting with a brown mark on my ceiling that confirms that water has been coming thru the roof. which I went back to them I am still waiting

I feel Cosmo is all about making sales but not building relationship with customers or give good service to their client, I am so disappointed on them will never refer them to anyone

i wish they could improve their services.
