Unhappy customer

I have recently bought a property at lion pride, when i went to collect the key there was no stove in the unit, i was told to log a call they will come install it. The call was logged on the 2023/09/22, today is the 2023/09/27 nobody came onsite to install the stove or made contact. When i call their offices to follow up all i get is empty promises and excuses. Nobody is willing to take ownership, i am on my own now, i am being sent from pillar to post. This is really not fair on clients, because when they sell this house the don't disclose such things. We are a family of 6, you can just imaging take aways for the whole week how much it costs. I wouldn't recommend or refer friend or family to central development / cosmopolitan cos all they do is falls advertising and once they get your sale they are done with you, they chase new business.
