Unhappy customer
Not happy with the houses cosmopolitan built in protea glen soweto ext 29,whenever there are strong winds and rains,the houses get badly affected, we replacing ceilings due to there's no roofing plastic to protect from rain and dust,we spend more and more monthly,it's like they only build to satisfy their pockets not the people buying,how does one at the end recommend their projects.

I see your posted this yesterday afternoon, Easter Sunday.
Protea Ext 29 was handed over in 2016 to our clients.
All retention (After 3 months move in Repairs); 1 year warranties as well as remedial repairs have been concluded since we are 7 years off site.
It is expected that homeowner's maintenance would be attended after being in the house for this length of time
I will call you direct tomorrow in case I miss a specific fault as your post does not refer to a specific fault/quality issue.
