Unhappy client of Cosmo sky city
I'm disappointed with Cosmo sky city. I bought a house with the stand of 183 square metres but when I took measurements I get 178 square metres I called them and they send team leader for construction we measured and still find 178 square metres. I logged a call for assist on the 26 of June till today im still waiting. Imagine paying for 5 square metres that I don't for 20 years. And this agent by the name of Jackson keeps on promising lies he never submit his promise.

As discussed I will discuss with our team that measured up initially as there was a shift of boundry wall, corrections done for your neighbour.
As discussed I have drawn a copy of your title deed and there is a water line servitude for 4 meters, I suspect this is part of the reason.
However I will get a verification in the course of the day and come back to you once I receive the report of the measurements.

I'm still waiting for you with the report and rectification on the claim 267013. Since Monday the 22 of July you promised to get back to me and till today the 26th of July you didn't do so. This issue is a burning matter and require fast action but you guys you are not taking your client serious.
