Unhappy client
Bought a house at royal cradle and a struggle to know the progress about thee house I finally got an email about gate options and mind you I was rushed to respond to the email which I did. About a week ago I met an engineer about the gate and I was told the gate would be installed 1st thing on Monday, fast forward a week nothing has happened. Project manager said the house will be complete and handed over past Friday(3 December 2021). Did I drive by on the 3rd of December with such excitement only to find the house is still the same as it was the previous Friday (26th November 2021) and to add salt to the wound, houses that were built after mine have been completed of which 1 of them the occupants have moved in already.. The lady I found cleaning the house did not finish doing so. Should cosmopolitan have no desire to finish that house they should let me know so that my wife and can decide on a way forward

As advised to you, we have received confirmation that we can expect delivery of your house early next week. All outstandings are completed. We only wait on delivery of customized gate which is expected within the next day or two.
Anything out of our control, specific, weather conditions may hold us up. However have peace of mind that I remain available well after our formal closing date and remain in touch with you again later this week as undertaken.
