Unhappy client
The service from cosmopolitan project is horrible. The stand allocated to me has a flood draining right in front of the gate, and i was told it will be covered with the grid on top since it is on my drive in. This was last year august. still today I am still following up with them, and i am told material is being ordered and delivered. But to my surprise i don't see any progress.
I even accepted the house during handover in February 2018 because i was told it will be fixed with the same week of handover. Now, There are security issues in the area, i cant even build a boundary wall and a gate for minimal security for family, because if do my car wont be able to drive in.
For them to pay the water they used during the project is still a mission. They dont even pick up telephones when you call.

Transaction Status: House Occupied 19 February 2018
Summary: Upon investigation we confirm that an undertaking was given by construction workers to attend the grid. Historically we were able to do this, but now the council is very strict with any tampering of their facilities. In fact on several of our sites they have removed the grids/and or ramps over the grids that we have put in place.
Problem Identified: Our Project Management will investigate the flood drainage point and motivate direct with council workers putting in facilities to cover the flood drainage. We hope this can be finalized in the week.
Corrective Action: From our side we are no longer allowed to tamper with council facilities. We will follow the channel of getting council supervisor on site to seal the hole. This can be done very quickly providing we follow the correct channel.
I will call you within the next day or two as soon as we have an approval to seal the hole ourselves or get council to come back and complete the works.
