Unhappy

I bought a house with cosmopolitan fee years back in Pretoria Westview Security Estate1 and I regret ever signing a deal with this company, they don't care about their customers.i live in a home with 90% cracks and 10% house, I have sent several emails to their offices but they refused to fix the cracks.To think I'll be in the house for 20 years paying for the cracked house frustrates me.I feel sorry for people who will be buying at Westview Security Estate2 as all they want is sales and careless about customer satisfaction.My advise to home buyers is to not buy from Cosmopolitan as they care less about customers, there is about 500 houses and half of them are cracked ????
