UNFAIR TREATMENT, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPECT FOR COMSUMERS

We purchased a house with Cosmopolitan housing. The house is almost done but is not according to our specifications. We lodged a complaint they offered us 10k and only paint the house how we initially specified. The exterior paint is wrong, tiles the whole house are wrong and the wall units are also wrong. Apparently this was a nominated house but no one communicated that with us Apparently to change this is going to cost them a lot but we must pay more to change it? We have a son that has to go to school next year and the school is close to the house.

Roger Brown is now threatening to cancel the house and refuse to change it.on what grounds I don't know.

Evn the representative assisting with our complaint came back with no different feedback.

Roger Brown who is the sales manager feels we must pay a lump to fix what they messed up.Imagine staying and paying for a house to do not like. We asked Roger if he would agree to take what he does not like, he said no yet expects us to do so. I hope someone will be willing to help. We cannot accept this.
