unfair treatment
I bought a house in 2016 hardly 3 years in the house the structure is falling apart.I logged a complain in October 2018 about the structure falling apart they sent a guy to investigate. The report came back they say its my responsibility to fix it not theirs. Its not fair paying for a house which is 3 years and falling apart. The plaster and paint is peeling off the house looks old.
Please assist wanted to attach the pictures of the house.

05 Apr 2019, 13:39Dear Poshy M
Our *** Gem
Our Tshwane office did send you the full report on 26 March. The report was comprehensive. The report confirms that Cosmopolitan will not be attending the work required since it is not related to our product, but due to paving done by another contractor appointed by yourself.
Summary Problem:
You were unhappy with the damp and peeling paint on base of exterior walls
Our finding:Plaster damage observed at DPC slab level. The upper surface of the floor slab must be a minimum of 150mm above finished ground level as per NHBRC requirements. The paving level is higher than the DPC floor level at the South/East end and less than 100mm on the North and West ends of the house. This allows water to penetrate the plaster/wall and leave the plaster brittle and causes paint to peel. The damaging effect is clearly visible on the South East end of the house where the paving is at the highest level above the DPC and plaster on the internal walls of the main bedroom are being affected by damp rising. The installed paving height around the house do not comply with the minimum NHBRC requirements of 150mm
Finalization:
We have recommended that you approach the contractor who attended the paving so that this person/company can rectify the work done as their work was not on the required standard. We confirm we have closed our file.
Kind regards
