Twice Bitten

You know, a few years ago, I wrote a review about Cosmopolitan Projects. I really can not believe that the same company can treat me the same and gave me the same attitude (middle finger) they gave me they gave me 8 years ago. I was really hoping for different results, but then again, I guess I was the stupid one hoping for different results from the same group of idiots. If it happens you read this post, do not buy anything from COSMOPOLITAN PROJECTS in Johannesburg, Pretoria or anywhere for that matter. COSMOPOLITAN is for desperate people who are desperate to buy houses. Even worse when they own the whole development/project. This company doesn't deserve to be in this market but then again, they have money. Becareful of COSMOPOLITAN South African. They have done me dirty 2x in a space of 8 years. Try Central Development Projects if you want to buy property
