They sold us a lie and the service is bad
stand number 4931,leopards rest Please note that my roof is leaking the ceiling and cornices are damaged, the paint is bubbling up.. I have a week staying on this property but the roof is leaking.. our drains im the yard are blocked, there is waste on the kitchen drain.i sent a form and called the call centre notifying that the roof tiles have cracked and there is a plumbing issue but im still waiting...Mathys is aware but is doing nothing ... im helpless.

14 Feb 2019, 20:44It better be soon because when i got back from work the toilet was not flushing , there is waste on my driveway, the kitchen drain is blocked with waste..i can smell **** in my own house , in my kitchen, the ceiling is damp and the paint is bubbling up.

We have attended the problems posted in your initial post.
We have also received the signed off complete emergency form from you.
Finally, our Mathys did confirm the main line sewer problem to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot tamper with this.
Mathys requested that you must report this to council.
The more requests council receive, the sooner they will resolve.
I understand you initially refused to log a complaint at council.
This is unfortuante. The problem must be reported and resolved by the correct entitiy. Sevices such as sewer main line falls within council.
We close our file today.
Should there be something else within our scope needing attention, please call our client service on ***.

Let me update you on the real progress, it was discovered that the problem is not the sewer line but when your contractor was building the wall the pipe was chopped and was broken , the plumbers then fixed the pipe.
Furthermore the builder came to check the roof and replaced a few tiles but unfortunately the roof is still leaking . When the plumber was installing the geyser bracket uplifted tiles, please send a roof specialist not a clueless maintenance guy.
You promised to come back to me Asalina till today im still waiting regarding progress on my roof.

Let me update you on the real progress, it was discovered that the problem is not the sewer line but when your contractor was building the wall the pipe was chopped and was broken , the plumbers then fixed the pipe.

Subsequent we have also done the after occupation repairs and touch works last month. Doors are being repainted as final touch up.
We herewith close our communication on Hello Peter and finalize door paint works via our retention works system.

Per our discussion today. Roof leaks were attended and completed in April.
Subsequent we have also done the after occupation repairs and touch works last month. Doors are being repainted as final touch up.
We herewith close our communication on Hello Peter and finalize door paint works via our retention works system.
