The Gate is not right and not user friendly

I bought a house in Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate in Cosmo City in 2022.

There are so many defaults ie, curtain rails are not strong, when you put a curtains it falls. The worse one is Gate. They refusing to help us with the right gate.

1. The gave us the pin gate which is difficult to open. 2. They drilled untidy holes on the gate for the pins to go in. 3. One day the pin nearly hurt my son as it came all out when he was trying to pull it up to open. 4. When is windy, the gate can actually dent the car as it swings with wind. 5.The pins are scratching the pavement 6. Is even hard to fit my hand when trying to open it. 7. The Gate makes noise when you open it. 8. The truth is, the gate is not right.

We have gave them all this challenges that we experienced from day 1 when we moved in and they have been giving us empty promises and now they say we must put a sliding gate on our own costs but the initial house we viewed it had a sliding gate not pin gate.
