Terrible at resolving warrant reports and water bills
I am disappointed in Cosmopolitan Projects. I should be settling in my house but it is been one problem after the other. I have been trying to get them to fix a pipe in my house that has been blocked before my warranty ended. I emailed more a lot, called and spoke to people who took my numbers with the promises of getting back to me and never did, I WhatsApp, I went to their offices and they just don't care anymore because now I am locked in this long term contract. About resolving the water situation I am even beyond tired. When dealing with them, be very very careful.

It is true our warrantiy has lapsed since you have connected your washing machine a year later.
Confirming that the water runs back instead of flowing out of the outlet pipe.
Subsequent to our conversation, it has come out that you had never connected a washing machine point to the outlet pipe.
Per my understanding this you have now had installed (washing machine) during the lockdown period.
In reasonableness that you would not have had opportunity to test before., I will ensure that our plumber comes to check the outlet pipe for possible blockage as you suspect may have been "rubble" in the pipe.
Our team will be in touch with me tomorrow for an expected time to do the investigation.
I do see on our system that over the last year you did have 3 minor faults, on our system, all which were resolved.
Kind regards
Isalina Barreto

Our ref 1268 W
Subsequent to our conversation on the morning of the 10th and our senior maintenace manager attending at your house in person later that day.
We confirm that this was not a plumbing issue related to our workmanship.
Also there was no blockage in the outlet pipe as you suspected.
Upon first testing by draining water direct from the washing machine, our contractor, confirmed the water only reached the "elbow fitting" of the outlet pipe then washing back. Hence the leaking back into your kitchen.
With the second attempt to test, I understand the outlet fitting was removed, a hosepipe inserted. The water flowed freely. through the piping once the hose was turned on, confirming no blockage.
It would seem that the gradient of the washing machine's drainage pipe was not at the right height and angle to create enough pressure for the water to drain out.
Due to this the water will backwash. I understand our contractor assisted with some adjustments and the draining of your machine is now correct.
We have closed our fault ticket in this regard.
Please contact our help line *** should you experience any furhter problem.
