Stuck in a dump!

Moved into my new house end of September, whenever I would flush the toilet the bowl would fill up with water. End of October the drain in the yard blocked and I've been reporting this to the cosmopolitan offices, but nothing is happening, every time I call they promise to log the problem and will call me back, which only happened twice. Eventually they sent ppl to the yard n they said problem has to do with the main sewage system but it will be reported. I continued calling cosmopolitan repeatedly reporting that the drain is still blocked, but no 1 seems to know what to do. The drain is just at my kitchen door, every single day I have to clean up waste, its so hot there's flies everywhere and the smell is unbearable. This has been nothing but a disaster, I regret my decision to buy from Cosmopolitan 😡😡
