STAY AWAY FROM CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT OR COSMOPOLITAN NEW DEVELOPMENTS IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND
This is just an advise to anyone who wants to purchase a house from Central Developments (Cosmo Politan Developments), you are better off buying an existing house than buying a house from Cosmopolitan or Central Developments.
They just don't care, and worse of all a government RDP workmanship is better than the cheap material their contractors use.
Till today since November 2020,im still waiting for them to come fix a lot of poor workmanship issues, no matter who you speak to higher personnel or lower personnel, you just wasting your time...
I bought a new house but, feels like I should have bought an existing house rather, considering the issues I'm picking up with a supposedly new house.

Instead she blocked me on whatsapp WHEN I ASKED FOR A SENIOR PERSON'S CONTACTS, as I'm finding no joy in dealing with her.
BELOW ARE HER RESPONSES WHICH SHE CLAIMS THAT SHE CALLED ME, TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL FROM COSMOPOLITAN COLLEAGUES:
"Dear Mr Molotsi. I have responded on your Hello Peter. I will myself be at a funeral tomorrow. Expect a call from my colleagues."
"Dear Mr Molotsi our office line in *** direct to 3 client service supervisors. Unfortunately I have not been able to conclude as needed. The job card has not been concluded or closed. I apologize for making the error of trying to manage your complaint on my private whatsapp which has been inundated with family matters. This is my last correspondence via my private number."
