SkyCity Housing Development
We have recently bought a house at sky city under cosmopolitan housing projects, we received our key July till this day we are without electricity since this has been reported when the keys have been handed over and we are told that they dont work over the weekends.
For me personally this makes no sense because the developments are still new and ongoing in our area, everything should be in order by now but we are not impressed with the service we have received this far, when we got the keys, the house doors were not closing properly, shower not working and now electricity.
When we report this we are told that this is now our problem because there is nothing they can do as it is over the weekend. We have kids that are going to school tomorrow, no warm water and no electricity to cook for the kids...
This by far has been the worst service ever experienced!

I can appreciate you frunstration being without power over the weekend, but to say you have had no power since 11 July is untruthful and we take such allegations very seriously.
From our systems, there is not job card loaded for no electricity supply,
You did raise several minor issues (two job cards creaed and attended), all signed off attended complete by you, accept for an internal door which does not close flush, to be attended by our carpender.
Should you have had frustration over this weekend that you have had issues with electrical supply, is is a gross exaggeratement and misleading to say you have had no power since receiving keys and lilving in the house since 11 July.
I will be in touch with you this morning to get clarity if there is still a power issue and arrange assistance.
