Sky city Disappoints me

I urge anyone considering a home purchase in the Sky City area to proceed with caution. Although it is marketed as "world-class," I believe it lacks several crucial elements. Safety is a major concern in X58, especially for those who rely on public transportation, which can be quite inconvenient. As someone who depends on public transport and frequently walks to catch taxis, I have noticed that the area is overrun with dense bushes, and there are individuals living among them. When we were exploring housing options, I inquired about this issue and was informed that these residents would eventually be removed, as the land is owned by Cosmopolitan, which allegedly found them alternative housing last September. This situation creates more of a rural atmosphere rather than the vibrant residential community one would expect. Having invested 2 million, it is imperative for us to feel secure and comfortable in our environment. I can attest to the need for reliable amenities, such as a stable internet connection and consistent electricity. Addressing these pressing issues is vital to enhancing our community’s appeal and ensuring our overall satisfaction with this investment. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve the living conditions in our area.
