sky city a cosmopolitan project

Sky city alberton watervalspruit.....During the day house breaking occurs on a regula basis, cosmopolitan has security guards guarding building material but at residents there is constant break ins, these ********* have been terrorizing the community for the past 4 years, The CPF is doing its best but we need assistance from cosmopolitan projects as the same construction contractors building the housing are the same people that break in peoples homes when they are at work in front of the current security patrol and stationary routing, in day light, in my street there where 2 break ins and the street behind me 2 break inns in one dy, a total of 4 break inns and the lady that was broken in to was informed that they will not replace her door as they only cover for building faults and that burglary is not their responsebility, true but cruel as the same people developing their housing to make them gain a profit are the same people *****ing from the community that was instructed to move in becouse of them, constant electricity trips towards the end of the month with street lights not working in certain streets inviting *********
