Sky city

We have a couple of ongoing issues that are being reported, which are being temporarily fixed and re-emerge again, namely we've been reporting that our lol has been dripping water, the plumber came and fixed and day later the problem started again, then the water proofing was also a problem, everytime it rained water came through and almost damaged the DB Board, and our wall would get wet, it was fixed last month, but we need to wait for summer to see if our wall and DB Board won't be wet again, there was also a kitchen sink issue which has been fixed we hope, and there was also water coming from the geyser from the outside which made our yard very wet it occurred for two months or so, it was fixed we hope so, the yard is dry for now. Then comes the electricity problems, our power was cut off two months back, we contacted Jackson, we finally got him and he brought a guy, Papi who installed a neutral cable on the ground, he said we must call the municipality and the department of energy to get a tamper code, at first he said he would take care of that, then he's story changed, we made calls for almost a month but we never got the tamper code,we had power for a month then it was cut off on the 23rd of July, the municipality said we owing, we paid 1791 same day, sent the proof of payment, and they advised us to call them after payment, we did so, the municipality said power will be brought back in 24 to 48 hours, we waited, we kept calling and emailing, we were just fools, then I went to Twitter and laid a complaint against the city Saturday night on the 1st and on Sunday the 2nd we were very shocked when a white Ford Ranger from the city showed up at our gate, they said they got our incident and came to find out, they said our neutral is faulty and a new one is required, today being the 4th they said we must call them@12 they can come and fix the issue. Initially when the neutral was installed, they say Jackson was supposed to get the tamper code for us, it's not and was never our job to get it, yet the same Jackson said we need to get one from the department of energy, it's been over two months, we can't buy electricity, because our meter is off

Dear Thuli F

RE: 1968 Water

Happily the entire first paragraph faults have been attended. You merely comment that you wait to see that the repairs were effectively done so that when the first rains arrive, within the next month, you will not experience these same issues.

I do note that you confirm there is a recurring toilet leak  which was attended but seems we have not resolved.
I will request a job card for this.

Finally regards the electricity problems you experience the last two months, this is for you to resolve direct with your local council. Per our  system, you moved into the property 5 November last year, registration was affected into your name in May this year. As with all property owners experiencing challenges with main line electrical issues and water, this is to be logged direct with your council's customer care. This is not an electical workmanship problem on our installation of plugs, lights etc. It is a council problem on supply to your home.

You fall within the Alberton Council. Their customer care number for fault log is **********. You will receive your fault reference.
This council is very good on resolving the elecrical problems for their clients.

I close the file on this post . In the meantime I log the fault for the toilet leak.
You will receive a reference sumber via our system shortly.

Kind regards
Isalina Barreto
