shocking service

I'm appalled by the service I'm receiving from Cosmopolitan. They claim to pride themselves in "commitment to “Uplift People" however they have failed me daily. I have logged numerous calls advising them I don't have hot water. Months after I logged my call they send people to my house to have this checked out. They claimed the Geyser was not connected and according to them they connected the geyser. I took they word for it. I made use of the solar geyser as it was hot and they was no need to switch on the Geyser. To my surprise on a cloudy and rainy day I decided to switch on my electric geyser only to find the water ice cold. This was on a Sunday I decided to log another call and got a responds that someone will call me the following day. Nothing happened. I called and Spoke to the likes of Tshepang, Nozipho and Nobayini who where all of no assistance. Every time when the weather is cloudy I have to be in misery of having to wash with cold water because no one is willing to assist. I get calls that people will call me back but nothing happens. I was advised by one of the ladies that maybe the connection was not done correctly this was even more shocking that a big company like Cosmo would contract people who don't believe in resolving the issue 1st time around.3 months later and I'm still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I'm truly disappointed in Cosmo
