<p>Cosmopolitan</p> <p>I’m writing this review with so much disappointment. I bought a house with Cosmopolitan Projects in 2016 and I have been staying in my house for 4 months now and I’m not happy at all and I wasn’t happy from the onset.</p> <p>These are my episodes: When I first went to view my house I wasn’t happy with the kitchen unit and the bathroom set and I said it to my agent, and we had to move in this year in February and I called my agent to inform him that we are moving in and that he should come and see what we are not happy about but he never came and we also called him when we had moved in but still didn’t come and I called him later and emailed him and still no respond.</p> <p> I was complaining about my bathroom toilet that it is leaking and my basin too and it started leaking two weeks after we moved in and I also complained about the plastic bathroom set they used for us and I told them I don’t want it, I am paying too much to have such a bathroom.<br />Their kitchen unit is not on I hate it when it gets water it rust and doesn’t open properly.<br />And their taps started giving me problems too as they didn’t close properly but they came in to change them.<br />In all this I am not happy as I can see that cosmopolitan has used cheap material on everything, I know they want profit but we are middleclass citizens we don’t have all the money in the world and will like to get better service and be treated with dignity.<br />We are paying too much on our bonds and now we have to fix everything they did wrong, at the same time we still have to put in tiles on the floors, wall units, gates, outside walls and all on top of the mess.<br />I have emailed their office and called them and they told me they have escalated the matter and made an appointment to come to my house. On the day of our appointment they send their building guys as I also had cracks on the walls to fix them but the management never came as they promised to come view my problems.</p> <p>Instead when I called them to asked why they are not in my house to view it they told me that those guys who came to fix the cracks will give them feedback and I said to them I don’t want this guys I want management, they said I must wait they are calling him. And they told me his on his way and even today I am still waiting for him and he never came or called me. </p> <p>I feel they gave us bad quality and bad service and we are paying this is not for free. I know they are making money and don’t care about some middle class people who are complaining for such things but it’s my right to complain when I’m not happy and they have been taking me from pillar to post.</p> <p>And what makes me angry is that all this things are giving me problems in less than a year so I am forced to take out more money with I don’t have to go buy this things and fix them.</p> <p> </p>
