Savannah City Development
I have lived in the house that I bought a house in from Cosmopolitan Homes in Savannah City for less than 2 years. It has cracked walls that are unrepairable they put polyfilla and a week later they are back. The bathroom is falling apart.
And when you report these issues they could not be bothered to help.

Problem Identified: Per our discussion you are unhappy as the corrective work done on the internal cracks last year does not seem to have worked. The cracks have reappeared. Also your bath tub has cracked which is unacceptable to you as it is only two years old.
Proposed Action: I will take up both issues with our project management in the course of tomorrow morning. I will arrange that we come inspect these issues so that we can propose the way forward.

Per our inspector's advise when taking the photos.
It takes a week for the report to be compiled and evaluated by our project managagement for possible works to be approved or declined with supportive reasons.
