Royal cradle new house challenges

New house with problems 1.I got my keys last week of Jan, my first inspection was a leak that i reported, i moved in on the 6th and only after more than a week, i got a call while i was at work that they were outside to fix it. 2.My water meter keypad was linked to an incorrect meter, which took me a day or 2 without water while trying to fix the issue. 3. My walls are very dirty, i only see the contractors with the brick wash, but you wonder where they use it. 4.My stairs are pretty high and there are NO rails added only on my house, the rest of the street has them. 5. One of the kitchen wall socket did not have a cover, to date, it was reported but there is still nothing. 6. Water pressure in the bath rooms is very bad, the is a loud valve sound coming out everyday when we use taps in the house 7. Gutter is leaking, which defeats the purpose, as water drips everywhere 8. Cracked outside wall, this was mentioned when accepting my keys 9. The grass was layed on a bumpy surface, all around the house. I am not happy with Comso as when ever you call you are promised a fix and nothing happens.
