Cosmopolitan SA Housing Services has very bad Housing Structure from Plumbing Services to Quality of equipment they use Window seals Gysers Burglars you name it.We have a plumbing issue on a newly purchased house and the service is appalling.Thier Standard Operating Procedure and Service Level Agreement doesn't meet what they sell you when you applying for the Bond. Site Managers cannot also give a factual answer when Taps start falling roofs having leaks it's bad.My advice choose a company that really cares about people and it's about making sure as a new Property owner everything runs smoothly for you and you don't deal 🤝 with fixing your Tap , worrying about your Geyser bursting out while at work or Leaks during the Summer Season.
