Royal Cradle Housing Development Phase 2, Mindalore Krugersdorp, Appalling Maintenance Service.

I bought a property at Royal Cradle Phase 2 done the hand over in January and the next day they broke in damaged the burglar guard and removed the fan extractor in the kitchen, later brought the project manager and his colleagues to witness the damage and the window and burglar guard was replaced accordingly. The fan extractor is still not replaced and it's March and the site manager gave me a run around stating he "needs permission" to install it. Moving on to the next issue plumbing I reported the same complaint not once, not twice but three times and I'm still having the same issue. The maintenance service is appalling and it seems like once you move in they forget about you.
