Roof tile has a hole for years
I have birds living inside my ceiling can`t locate the hole which was discovered by the broadband company locating the sugnal on my roof. I can literally hear the rain drops inside the the ceiling ond one day the entire this will drop in our heads. Signed the happy letter buy did not climb the roof to inspect prior signing. One big tile missing .

We see that your house was handed over to you in 2018.
Our roofing warranty is valid for one year from house handover to accommodate any fault in tile installation and/or roof flaws.
Unfortunately six years have already passed.
We give one year warranty specific so that with the first rains, a loose tile, missing tile or broken tile will become evident with a marked roof leak.
Our Gauteng rains are mostly heavy downpours so it is the norm that these flaws will become evident within the first rain season.
After such warranty period, roof maintenance is for the homeowner.
