Roof leaking

I am very disappointed at the standard of building that has been carried out by Cosmopolitan. Last night's rain caused so much damage to many of the houses in Sky City, and i have reported the incident before they sent someone but still the is problem of the leaking roof and worse part water comes to the roof near the main switch i cant stop it or redirect water what if it catches fire or it spark? now i have to suffer in a place i call home because of COSMO? I woke up to a flooded house, i had to wake the kids so they can sit in the car while i take water out of the house now the ceiling it will fall. If this was an odd incident I would understand and i have reported it before but a lot of people experienced flooding either through the roof, window and underneath the doors. Another issue is that the storm drainage system is also very poor, the roads get flooded when it rains.

We have been sold a "world class development area" but this is far from that.
