Property is of poor quality

2015 we app**** for a property with Cosmopolitan projects in Zanspruit – Cosmo Creek. Around July 2015 we were handed the key and we excited to move into our new home. Little did we know that we were going to experience number of problems with the property? Every time it rains the roof leaks. We have logged 4 or more case with cosmopolitan since last year to date. Each time we log it they committedly attend to the matter. However each time they claim to have resolved the matter and each time it rains again we experience the same problem. We going around in circles and they don’t seem to care if you race your frustration with them. This leaks are damaging our ceiling and probably more things. Cosmopolitan are not accountable for their product, they just care about numbers and not the quality.
