Progress too slow
It's almost a year my homeloan was approved to date I have no idea when the project will complete, progress very slow no prioritization at all.

We have received your post. You may been to site and see that your house is complete.
We wait on installation of your electrical meter, electrical and occupancy certificates thereafter. All of these are not in our control but are the functions by City of Johannesburg and City Power on your transaction.
Unfortunately we cannot commit to a time line since we are reliant on council. It is not our intention that our clients be frustrated, nor preferable that we do not receive payment for our completed product.
Be assured that there is utmost prioritization to deliver your house.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and delays. It's now 13 months I app**** for a house in protea glen but till to-date I haven' yet received the keys and I'm even doubtful of putting a notice since nothing is promising and it's frustrating because i bought furniture which is now getting damaged because of lack of space.
Me and my wife we are very stressed about the whole thing because we have no idea why this is taking forever can you please look at this and let me know why so much delays I mean 13 months it's way too much I'm really running out of patience 💔😪
