Progress feedback
I am buying a house in Protea Glen Ext 40. The project with cosmopolitan is taking longer, Im buying a house with them for the second time, I first bought the house in 2015, everything ran so smooth and they were quick. But this time around they very slow and I am busy renting I was hoping to move in by November latest but it doesn't seem that way after I visited the site and they haven't started. The security guy i spoke to said that this is a 2 year project and my house could be completed by next year May. He also mentioned that for some reason the contractor was put on hold with building they started recently to continue where they left off. I was approved in March already. The issue I have is that I am renting and I need to service 3 months notice, I need to know when I will move in, I haven't even gotten feedback from the attorneys, I don't know if my bond is registered or not.

I spoke to your office and when I asked them, they told me that according to what they see on the database the system showed that my house is at 4% meaning they have started with the foundation of the house, this was two weeks ago, but when I went to the site there was no foundation, hence I ended up conversing with the site security guard.

We have alerted you marketing team to provide the regular feedback to you from January as your house is programmed for construction completion early next year.
