POOR/LOW QUALITY HOUSES BY COSMOPOLITAN PROJECTS
I am soo disappointed with this company. Their hoses are of very poor/low quality. I moved to my house in March 2019, within few days I experienced water leakage, geyser and plumbing issues. I reported that, they came and fixed. March 2020, the barricade wall decided to fall. I reported it and the lady who took my call told me it will be fixed after lockdown. June I followed up, unfortunately the lady told me she was no longer with cosmo but she gave me an alternative contact. I called cosmo office and reported the wall. They then sent some guy to check it. The guy took the picture and told me he's going to write a report. I don't know what report because all they had to do was fix their mess. I have been following up on this matter ever since with no success. Is this how cosmo treat their clients? Is it because they have bagged the money and now they don't care? I need answers, the wall must be fixed. I should not suffer for their incompetence of building the houses. Do the banks even know how poor the quality of these houses are? The poor quality of the houses they built is unmatched

You guys are not serious at all. So you do a mess with the intention to say all this? This is pathetic cos this part forms part of the structure and the structure has the warranty for 5yrs!!! How do I even fix something that was not properly built? You can see that in no time the wall will be down altogether.

Please know that we do endeavour to give our clients excellent service and very well built homes.
The sagging wall cannot be attributed to the house construction though. We have gone back through the records and noted that some walls were repaired after the flash flood experienced at the end of 2019.
As discussed with you, we have instructed the builder to fix the wall and will be doing so tomorrow.
