Poor workmanship

One thing about these guys, they have terrible, I mean terrible workmanship. When I was still under warranty, I had a leak and they had it check out. The geyser was the problem, I was assured that it had been fixed. I had the same issue again last week and had the geyser checked out by someone independent, he told me that the geyser wasn’t installed correctly and they didn’t fix anything. The call center is now sending me pillar to post, meanwhile I have to live with a damaged ceiling and a leaking geyser. had this been correctly while I was STILL UNDER WARRANTY, we wouldn’t be here. I’m so frustrated!!!!! Last night I had to sleep through the leaks on my bathroom.
