Poor workmanship and service delivery.
If you were looking at buying property, please don’t even think about wasting your money or time with Cosmopolitan Projects and CSI Management.
Unfortunately I cannot post a picture of my roof, of my house that’s not even two years old.
I sent an email and picture to them notifying them that my roof/ tiles were not properly installed and that there was a gap between the closure, I was told to contact home insurance to get it fixed because my house was “out of the retention period” they didn’t even bother to come check what the issue was..
This is all because of the poor workmanship and customer service. Once they sign over your house, you’re on your own.
These people would treat you like we have never owned properties before them… I have never see. Such unprofessionalism and lack of service from a company.
Thank you for your review.
Kindly note that our warranty terms were explained to you and you accepted the terms and conditions by signing a legally binding contract upon the purchase of your house. We offer a one-year warranty on plumbing, electrical, roof leak, geyser, and stoves, and, a once-off 3-month retention on cosmetic items that might have been overlooked during the handover inspection.Unfortunately, your house is nearly one year out of warranty.
The roof tiles in question could have moved during a storm or strong winds and can easily be slid back in position. Please note that once the warranty period has ended, the homeowner is responsible for interior and exterior home maintenance.Should you experience any emergencies relating to plumbing, electrical, stove, roof leaks, or geyser after your warranties have lapsed, you must contact your homeowner’s insurance provider. Your homeowner’s insurance is a compulsory service required by your bank that you pay monthly to cover sudden expenses due to unforeseen damage to your property. If you need any further clarification, please refer to the warranty section in your building contract.
