Poor workmanship and bad customer service
Customer service of cosmopolitan is the pits! I logged a complaint about the geyser/pipes making a deafening sound when opening the taps and flushing the toilets, they sent their technician who has now made it worse. I keep logging a complaint in their portal and they are not attending to this matter. I have been occupying the house for almost 3 weeks now and I cannot tolerate this noise anymore! It seems they only attend to complains when we post these on Hello Peter. Please come fix your mess, none of you would keep up with this deafening noise! I won't too!
