Poor workmanship and after sale service
I regret buying a house at Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate (Kilimanjaro).
The after-sale service is horrible, it has been 2 months since I moved in and the workmanship is a disgrace, the number of repairs being done on the same faults being reported is a joke, and those faults are still not resolved. The construction manager has no clue of what is going on and the team does a ****** see ****** do type of work. the poor communication from cosmopolitan representatives.
Their sales team will sell you a good lie on how great is they're after sales service and support.

I have tried reaching you, unfortunately to no avail, but I have left a message on your voicemail.
I understand from the conversation you had with one of co-workers that you have some time ago received our request to note all repairs needed on the retention form (5 November)
To date, this has not been received from you, Kiindy return the relevant form.
In the meantime, you have received the quality report confirming the works we will be attending to.
