Poor site planing
We moved in our house 2016, Savanna City pocket 3, our car couldn't get in the yard properly we had to ask the to change their design. The house is situated almost by the corner, i can not put a pavement outside the gate, to the tar. because our neighbors will have to drive on it when they get into their yard. total poor planning, went and complain about it (cosmo offices) and i was told there is nothing that can be done.

Subsequent to your initial post and photos sent to us and final site meeting 24th March.
We have discussed the matter with our project management and construction division.
We regret to inform you that the layout of the property is per the approved plan.
Unfortunately we are not in control of the road works (curb position which effects your drive way)
The road works are planned and completed by Mid Vaal Municipality.
We can only offer advice, as the home owner, that you put in a motivation at the division of road planning and works at your local council for possible review or change of the curb.
Unfortunately we must close our file in this matter as this problem is outside our scope to assist as we may not tamper with council property.
