Poor service provided by Cosmopolitan at Sky city

I am a new house owner at Sky city and feel disgruntled by their unprofessional and lack of urgency. They only prioritize things in their own order and that never seams to satisfy anyone.

I have lodged complains addressed to ********** ) many times and she just said i should wait and be patient with her. Today it has passed more than three months without resolving my issues .

Concerns with the date I reported them -Door (11/01/2019) -Cracks on the house (07 March 2019) -Geyser (latest - 15/05/2019)) The construction team that was sent recently only came to asses the house and faults, then they said they will call me. Two weeks passed nothing happened, not even a single email explaining the delay. I have lodged a new complain today. Wait and see them do what they are good at. Well to top it all, it seams if one does not use this platform Isalina will not resolve my issues.

Sky city is NOT World Class! Cosmopolitan must just look for another slogan, this one they failed horribly.
