Poor service (Leoprads Rest Estate)
leopards rest estate has the worst customer service they do not take their clients serious all they are good at is selling falls information to them as an owner there i have seen how they were in a rush to build and sell to the public from there they will send to pillar to post when they need to correct their mistakes, i do not know how many times i have logged a call for repairs in 6 months..i would never advice anyone to buy property under this development not even they pay me STAY AWAY!!! they call that complex an Estate but it is a town ship

I can safely confirm that Central Development handed true and correct documents at the council? why is that almost All the owners stay in a vacant land rather than in their registered units? do we know who this vacant land belongs to as we might be told to vacate their land in future
